How to make an Inquiry on the App

Step 1.

On the top right corner of the app, there is a burger menu. Tap on the menu to reveal the “Inquiry” option as well as the “Notifications option.

Step 2.

Under “Inquiries” select the nature of your inquiry and type in the “Subject” and “Description” then submit. Your inquiry will be looked at and someone will respond to you. Its that easy.

Step 3.

Under “Notifications” You can view all notifications from the app. The notifications for all transactions via the app will appear here.
