NOTICE TO THE 24^TH ANNUAL DELEGATES MEETING (ADM)

This is to notify all members of Kingdom Sacco that the 24th Annual Delegates Meeting (ADM) of the Society will be held on Saturday 04^th March 2023, from 8.30a.m Sportsview Hotel, Kasarani, Nairobi.

As per the Society’s By-Laws, attendance to the ADM shall be restricted to duly invited Delegates to represent their respective Zones.

 AGENDA:

• Reading and Confirmation of Minutes for the 23^rd ADM held on 5^th March 2022.
• Report from the Chief Executive Officer.
• Report from the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
• Patron’s Statement.
• Presentation of 2022 Annual Report and Audited Financial Statements.
• Report from the Supervisory Committee.
• Presentation of year 2023 Budget and 2024 Projections.
• Disposal of Surplus for the Year 2022.
• Resolutions.
• Elections.
• Any Other Business (AOB) for which adequate notice shall have been received.

Those who would wish to be elected to the Board of Directors of Kingdom Sacco Society Limited are asked to complete the prescribed application form and submit it to the Nominating Committee on or before Friday 16^th February, 2023. The application form is available at Kingdom Sacco Offices. A soft copy can be made available on request.
